So much has changed at GM, much for the better but the single most powerful change is yet to come. Market share has been saved by a tsunami and flooding. Turning the tide is what is more important and that won't happen until the merchandsing is significantly improved. Therein lies the greatest opportunity for all... rational and profitable growth is achievable. You just have to "know" what to do, what works and how. Like my dearly departed friend Jerry Flint used to say "This business isn't all that hard, all it takes is a good car and someone who knows how to sell it.".
