Well Enough Alone

There's nothing wrong with our business model, it's the individuals at the helm who continue to destroy trust and respect between the manufacturer and dealer. We need to develop consistency and stability while getting the parties on the same page. At the risk of seeming repetitious that is the purpose of Return to Greatness. Some mistakenly interpret the plan as offering marketing as the final solution. In reality, it's a virtually cost free outline of methods to bring different factions together for a common purpose and profit. The very last thing we need is another reorganization or restructuring.

"We trained hard - - but it seemed that every time we were beginning to form up into teams we would be reorganized - - I was to learn late in life that we tend to meet any new situation by reorganizing, and a wonderful method it can be for creating the illusion of progress while producing confusion, inefficiency, and demoralization."
