Six large banks control roughly two thirds of the stock. minority stakeholders have no say ie. Kerkorian. exactly what is their "plan" and why is it such a secret? For some twenty years now the company has been in a state of decline as sales and market share continue to slide and assets are sold, divisions spun off, and long term debt increased. There must be a reason. No one is held accountable for failure, manufacturing is relocated to other continents, employees and dealers are culled, and some of the worst marketing in existence remains the norm.
